Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Zipivo handles information in connection with the Zipivo website and Zipivo PDF for Android.
Zipivo PDF is currently in pre-release preparation. This policy will be reviewed again against the final production app, backend configuration, analytics setup and Google Play declarations before public release.
Your documents are processed locally
Zipivo PDF performs its core PDF operations directly on your Android device. The document itself does not need to be sent to Zipivo servers.
Files may exist temporarily on your device while an operation is running or while an output file is being created. Their local lifecycle is controlled by the app, Android storage mechanisms and your own file actions.
Information Zipivo may process
Local-first does not mean that the app has no network activity. Limited metadata may be processed to operate subscriptions, measure product performance, understand acquisition and keep the service reliable.
Device and operational information
Limited device or app identifiers, app version, platform information, diagnostics and operational events may be processed.
Anonymous app interactions
Zipivo may process events such as feature use, export success or failure, paywall interactions and similar product-usage signals.
Install and campaign metadata
Attribution information may be processed to understand which acquisition source led to an install and to measure campaign economics.
Purchase and entitlement status
Subscription state and purchase-related identifiers may be processed so Zipivo can verify Premium access and keep entitlement state accurate.
Google Play billing
Android subscriptions are intended to be purchased through Google Play. Google processes the payment transaction. Zipivo does not receive your full payment-card details.
Zipivo may receive and verify purchase and subscription information needed to determine whether Premium access is active, canceled, expired, refunded, revoked, in grace period or otherwise changed.
The price and any trial shown inside the app will come from the offer actually available to your Google Play account. Zipivo should not promise a trial that Google Play does not return as eligible.
Analytics, attribution and diagnostics
Zipivo may use limited analytics, attribution and diagnostic information to understand app reliability, feature usage, acquisition performance and subscription economics.
Zipivo's analytics design excludes PDF bytes, document text, filenames, file paths, document passwords and images used to create PDFs from analytics payloads.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it is processed, including operational, subscription, analytics, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal requirements.
Zipivo uses technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, unnecessary exposure and accidental disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can stop using Zipivo PDF at any time and remove the app from your device. Subscription cancellation and management are handled through Google Play.

Children
Zipivo PDF is a general utility product and is not designed specifically for children. The final store audience configuration will be aligned with the production release and Google Play declarations.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, backend, analytics providers, subscription implementation or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
