By using the Zipivo website or, once released, Zipivo PDF, you agree to the applicable terms presented with the product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Zipivo PDF is currently in pre-release preparation. These terms will be reviewed and finalized with the operator's legal details before public commercial release.
The service
Zipivo PDF is an Android utility intended to provide PDF compression, merging, page organization and creation of PDFs from images.
Features may change during development. Information on this website does not guarantee that a feature will remain available in exactly the same form.
License to use the app
Subject to these terms and the rules of the distribution platform, Zipivo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for lawful purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Subscriptions
Some functionality may require a Premium subscription. Android subscription purchases are intended to be processed through Google Play.
Subscription access depends on the purchase state reported and verified through the applicable billing platform. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the platform's rules; it does not necessarily end access immediately.
Billing, renewal, cancellation and eligible refund processes are governed by the Google Play purchase flow and applicable platform policies.
Trials, pricing and renewal
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the exact eligibility, duration, price and renewal terms shown in the Google Play purchase screen control the transaction.
Trials and prices can differ by account, country, currency, experiment variant or offer eligibility. Zipivo will not rely on a website price as the source of truth for a Play purchase.
Your files and outputs
You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for ensuring you have the right to use them. Zipivo does not claim ownership of your documents.
PDF processing can change file size, structure or visual quality. Compression results vary by document, and Zipivo does not guarantee a specific compression percentage for every file.
Keep backups of important originals. The app is designed to create new output files rather than silently overwrite source documents, but you remain responsible for safeguarding important data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zipivo to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the app, backend or website;
- bypass access, billing or entitlement controls;
- use the service to distribute malicious software or harmful content;
- misrepresent your relationship with Zipivo.
Availability and changes
Zipivo may update, improve, remove or discontinue features. Network-dependent functionality, billing verification and external platform services can be temporarily unavailable.
No guarantee of error-free operation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every document and workflow.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zipivo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as Zipivo PDF reaches public release or as product, platform or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date shown at the top of this page.
Operator and contact details
Zipivo's final legal operator details, jurisdiction and monitored support contact are being completed for the public launch. They will be added here before the app becomes commercially available.
